This is the place...

In case you were wondering, here is "the location"! If you notice in the 2nd picture there is quite a large sidewalk on one side of it, which I will be able to put benches and possibly tables! I LOVE that it is a corner unit!

Here is a view of one side of the shopping center! There is a China Fun, Snap Fitness, EZ Ship, and cleaners there! It is going to be terrible being so close to Chinese food, but at least there is a fitness center by it to work it off ;)!
Here is the other side... a Harris Teeter! Apparently it does really well and a lot of people I have mentioned the location to know exactly where it is at, "By the new Harris Teeter". So that is good!

Here is a view of the Italian Restaurant and Vet that are also in the shopping center.

The inside. It is nice that it is new construction because the other places I went to had a lot that would have to be un-done in order to fix it up. This one just needs a sink plumbed in and a little electrical and design and I am good to go!

Here is the view from the back! It has a lot of light and very nice parking!

I really think this location is ideal! I sign the lease Monday or Tuesday! Woo-hoo!
