We went to Congo Golf one morning! It was a nice putt-putt place and they had Aligators that you can feed. Apparently they are not very hungry because I saw a lot of people paying good money to dangle hot dogs in from of their uninterested faces! Good thing we saw them try and fail before we decided to buy some gator food! We started out golfing as a family but Callie was only interested in throwing the balls as soon as they rolled near her on the green and Jovie was only interested in standing on the green and bossing people around. So we hung out at the enterence and watched the aligators and fed the fish (that were non-existent) while we waited for the big ones to finish! Here are some pics from our adventure:
Callie loved watching the gators!
Jovie enjoying the sun shiney day! It made her do a little dance!

Florida Vacation #3: Putt-Putt
Kissin' Gators!
The sucessful golfers making their way to the last 2 holes!
Hooray for mini-golf! They really had a good time!
I was taking a picture of Lettie with a grasshopper, but it hopped away! I made her that t-shirt! It says "Grandpa's Princess". Which grandpa? Well... both! When I asked her, that is what she said! She and Ruby also got a hair wrap at Old Town the night before! Hers only lasted a day before she bit the end and it fell off! Ruby's is still going strong!
We bought a couple bags of dirt with gemstones and minterals in them and did some mining! Look at my happy miners!
While the older kids did some mining, Callie and Jovie sat around watching and discussing the aligators. When I was uploading these pictures Callie saw the aligators and said, "Dey Bite!" It is amazing how you can say that to them once and they still remember it!
Total concentration!
Callie getting into the mining rocks! They are tumbled rocks that you can put it a small bag and buy. She would sneak over there when I was not looking, take handfulls, and chuck them! That girl LOVES to throw things! I spent a lot of time picking up rocks! She is sneaky!
Yonas with an Emerald he found. Or a green rock! We will call it an Emerald. That sounds better!
Levi was even more into it than the kids! We have a lot of random rocks now because the kids kept EVERYTHING... even the teenie not-very-good stuff! It is kind of yucky looking because they are still wet. Jovie found a bag of them the other day and said, "Mommy! Look! Rotten!" She is really talking a lot now!
