I knew it seemed too easy...

So apparently my prospective buyer took a 2nd look at my house and another house today and mine ended up coming in 2nd. So if the other one does not accept her contract then I may hear from her... but in this market I am not holding my breath.

Then the other family who was looking into financing got a "no" from the bank. Then when I heard what their down payment is I know why and doubt they will find much luck anywhere.

So, back to the drawing board I suppose. But at least the house is finished, interest rates are low, and the right buyer will come around sometime.
